LED T8 Lamps
Most fluorescent T8 fixtures can take an LED tube. The question is which type. Type A tubes run on the existing ballast: fastest install, but only on ballasts listed on the tube's compatibility chart, and the ballast will still fail eventually. Type B tubes bypass the ballast and wire to line voltage: a qualified electrician should do the rewiring (single-ended tubes need non-shunted sockets), and then there is no ballast left to fail. Hybrid tubes run on a compatible ballast now and can be converted to bypass later, which helps when a building has a mix. Not sure what is in your fixtures?
