Timeclocks switch lighting loads on a schedule: parking lots, signs, common areas and pumps. Mechanical 24-hour clocks are simple and cheap; digital models add 7-day schedules and holiday settings, and some follow sunrise and sunset. Match the voltage and the switch type (single pole SPST for 120V or 277V loads, double pole DPST for 208V or 240V), and check the amp rating against the load.
