      How do I access my Custom Order Form?

      1. Go to our website at lightingsupplyguy.com and click the icon of a person in the top-right corner
      2. Once you’re on that page, click "Create an account"
      3. It will ask for your first name, last name, email and the password you’d like to use. If you had a previous custom order form, please use that as your email address
      4. You'll receive an email to confirm the account. Open the e-mail and click “Activate your account”
      5. Once your account is confirmed, you can login with your new credentials and click on "Custom Order Form" to access your page
