Once you’re on that page, click "Create an account"
It will ask for your first name, last name, email and the password you’d like to use. If you had a previous custom order form, please use that as your email address
You'll receive an email to confirm the account. Open the e-mail and click “Activate your account”
Once your account is confirmed, you can login with your new credentials and click on "Custom Order Form" to access your page

Just send an email to CustomerService@LightingSupplyGuy.com or text us at 949-589-3020 with your preferred item order, items that need to be changed, new site pictures, or anything else you'd like to have updated on your custom order form.

Your prices online reflect the current pricing we have. Manufactures sometimes change prices without notice, but we will contact you if that happens before approving any change to your order price.
